Data Treatment Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026
This policy explains how UIMO collects, uses, shares, and protects the personal data we receive, with special care when it involves a child's information. It is the basis of the consent we ask for before creating each figurine.
What data we collect
We receive the drawing image you upload and the voice recording you attach to the keepsake. We also store your account details (name and email), your shipping information, and a record of the consent you give us. The drawing and voice may contain a child's information.
Why we use this data
We use the drawing and the voice only to generate the 3D model, manufacture the figurine, and deliver it with its voice message. We use your account and shipping details to process the order and keep you updated on its status. We do not use this data for anything other than creating and delivering your keepsake.
Who we share it with
To create the figurine we share the drawing image with our 3D generation provider, and we share shipping details with the print workshops and courier companies that produce and deliver the product. We share only what each step needs. We never sell your data or your family's data.
International transfer
Some of our storage, 3D generation, and shipping providers operate outside your country, mainly in the United States. This means your data may be processed on servers located abroad. We choose providers that apply reasonable security measures to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep the drawing and voice recording for as long as they are needed to produce and deliver your figurine, and for a reasonable time afterward for support. If you ask us to delete a keepsake, we remove its drawing and its voice recording. The consent record is kept separately as a legal record.
Parent or guardian rights
As the adult responsible for the child, you can ask at any time to review the information we hold, correct it, delete it, or refuse further processing. To exercise these rights, use the claim channel on the Claim and Data Subject Rights page.
Parental consent and minors
Before we receive the first drawing or recording, we ask an adult to confirm that they are the child's parent or guardian and that they give their consent. Any decision about this data is made with the child's best interests in mind. If you do not agree, you should not upload the child's content.
How to contact us
If you have questions about this policy or about how we handle your family's data, write to us at uimo.app@gmail.com. We respond as soon as we can.
