What happens when you ask to delete a keepsake
When you delete a keepsake, we remove its drawing and its voice recording from our storage. The record of the consent you gave is kept separately as a legal record that the authorization existed. This is required so we can show that we processed the data lawfully.
How to send your request
Write to us from your account email, telling us which right you want to exercise and, if it applies, which keepsake. This lets us confirm your identity before acting on a child's data.
Response time
We confirm your request as soon as we receive it and resolve it as quickly as we can. If we need more information to verify who you are, we will ask before continuing.
